Reception Class currently have a very special responsibility, we are looking after some very important guests!  We received a special delivery a few weeks ago and when we opened the box we discovered that we had been sent five very tiny caterpillars!  We have been watching them closely and were amazed at how much they could eat and how fast they grew!  The caterpillars travelled one by one to the top of the pot and each created a chrysalis.  We moved them, very carefully into a big net and are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of five butterflies!
