Year 2 are loving their new history topic ‘Why was the Great fire of London so Important?’ We have found out how the fire started, why it spread so quickly and what people did to try and stop the fire. One of these things was using water squirters. In science this week we investigated ‘What makes a good water squirter?’ We had a lot of fun using balloons to force air into a bottle which pushed the water out. Next week we are going to think about how we can improve our water squirters.
