Year 4 is such a super year group to teach as the children’s independence grows and they really begin to produce work of an exceptional standard. We study lots of wonderful topics in Year 4, giving many opportunities for cross curricular activities which the children thoroughly enjoy.

We are lucky to have the support of Miss Sinclair, our teaching assistant, who as well as supporting general classroom activities, brings her own expertise to creative tasks, art and PE.

I really appreciate the support parents give with homework tasks and am always delighted with the efforts the children make with their weekly challenges in particular.
