We have had another busy week in Year 2. In science we investigated the best material to make a pair of tights. It needed to be strong, stretchy, warm and soft. In English we looked at Haiku poems and had a go at writing our own and in maths we have been adding and subtracting 2 digit numbers. On Wednesday we had a special treat. Some musicians from Gateshead Music Service came to visit and played us lots of Disney songs to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary. There was lots of joining in and we all had a fantastic time.
