KAt Clover Hill Primary School, we proudly offer a variety of high‑quality wrap‑around care provision designed to support families and enrich children’s learning beyond the school day. Children can be booked into Clover Club (wrap around care provision with morning and afternoon sessions led by our own Clover Hill school staff) or into one of our 'After School 'Fun Clubs' which run daily from 3.30-4.30pm.
Clover Club (wrap around care)
Morning Provision
Clover Club opens at 7:30am, providing a welcoming and calm start to the morning. Children take part in a range of purposeful activities before being escorted to their classrooms for the start of school at 8:50am.
After‑School Provision
At the end of the school day, children are collected directly from their classrooms by our team and taken either to Clover Club.
Adult‑Led Curriculum‑Linked Activities
Every day, children can join an adult‑led activity carefully planned to link with the National Curriculum and develop key skills.
Child‑Initiated Learning Zones
Alongside the adult‑led activity, children can choose from a range of designated learning areas, which change weekly. Examples include:
- Construction Area
- Art & Design Studio
- Cosy Reading Space
- Puzzle & Games Zone
- Cooking & Food Technology Station
These zones encourage creativity, independence and exploration in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
Flexible, Planned Experiences
All activities at Clover Club are fully planned, and parents can view the half‑termly planning in advance. Families may book regular sessions or choose one‑off sessions based on their child’s interests. Clover Club sessions must be booked no later than one week in advance. Sessions are booked via your Arbor account.
Clover Club is not only a childcare option—it also offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities, enabling children to try new experiences, grow in confidence and enjoy time with friends.
Session Options
Clover Club offers flexible booking options to support family schedules:
- 3:30pm – 5:00pm
Adult‑led activity & tea - 3:30pm – 6:00pm
Adult‑led activity, tea & extended child‑initiated activities - 4:30pm – 6:00pm
Tea & child‑initiated activities
Parents may book Clover Club sessions alongside our programme of after‑school 'fun clubs', which run as blocks of ten sessions.
After-School 'Fun Clubs'
After-school 'fun clubs' can be booked online via our MIS online system, Arbor. Details of each 'fun club' will be on the timetable which is always issued prior to the booking system going live.  After-school 'fun clubs' can be booked in conjunction with our wrap around care provision. Fun Clubs are bookable in blocks of 10 weeks. Some of the fun clubs are ran by external providers such as Grassroots, Kensho Karate and Lingo Tots whilst others are led by our own Clover Hill school staff.

At the end of the school day, children are collected directly from their classrooms by our team and taken to their ‘fun club’ session.
