Welcome to Year 5! 

The very first year of Upper Key Stage 2.

I’ve spent most of my teaching career in Year 5. I thoroughly enjoy watching the children grow and reach their full potential. 

This year, we’ll be joined by Mrs Feeney (Wednesdays) and our wonderful teaching assistant, Mrs Earl, who will be supporting us along the way.

Together, we’re going to have a fantastic year filled with learning, fun, and new challenges!

In the autumn term, we will take part in Bikeability and attend STEMFEST North East. 

In the spring term, we design and make our own bread product.

In the summer term, we will go to Whickham Thorns for our outdoor and adventurous day.
