We had an amazing first week with our new Reception children!  We spent three sessions in school in a small group of half the class before everyone came to school on Friday (and we also had lunch together).  Everyone settled beautifully and were very responsible, managing to look after coats, water bottles and bags very well!  We have spent time as a whole class listening to stories and singing songs on the carpet.  We have also played in our classroom and in our outdoor area.  We have met up with old friends from pre-school and also made lots of new friends!
