Welcome to Clover Hill Primary School! We are delighted to welcome you and your family and look forward to working with you over the next seven years. Starting school is an exciting step, our Reception class is a warm, nurturing, and happy place where children can explore, play, and grow in confidence. Our team is committed to helping every child feel safe, valued, and inspired as they continue their learning journey with us. We believe in working closely with families and look forward to building strong partnerships as we share in your child’s school experiences and celebrate all their achievements along the way.

Wednesday 3rd June – 6pm – Parents/carers meeting in school

Friday 5th, Tuesday 9th and Friday 12th June - Home visits - Early Years Team will visit families at home (this is optional, mutually convenient dates and times to be allocated in May)

Tuesday 16th June - 9.30-11.00 – Half the class to visit school

Thursday 18th June - 9.30-11.00 – Half the class to visit school

Friday 26th June - 9.30-11.00 – Whole class to visit school

(Groups are based on pre-school)

Autumn Term 2026

On Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd September half the class will attend for the morning session and half the class will attend for the afternoon session.  All children will attend for the morning session of Friday 4th September and will stay for lunch, going home at 12.30. From Monday 7th September all children will attend full time from 9.00-3.30.
